Participants are invited to contribute papers, case studies, and best-practice sharing under the following thematic tracks.
These themes reflect the core pillars of UNESCO Global Geoparks and the Asia Pacific Geoparks Network.

We welcome contributions across all relevant disciplines, including but not limited to:

• Special Topics on Geoparks

Important Dates for Abstract Submission:
Call for Abstract Opens: 15 February–30 June 2026
*Notification of Acceptance: 30 July 2026
Final Abstract Confirmation: 15 August 2026

*Condition of Acceptance:
It is a pre-requisite of the acceptance of the abstract that the submitter must register to attend the 9th APGN2026 in person (physical attendance). Abstracts submitted before payment of registration are eligible for an offer of acceptance. However, final acceptance requires registration with full payment by 15th August 2026 at 5pm.
